Move with intention. Breathe with rhythm. Live in harmony with nature.

Kyl Corrigan is a lifelong guide of movement, music, and mindful practice—and a longtime student within the Slyboots lineage, studying directly with Griffin Brady since 2005.

In 2008, Kyl was living at the Slyboots School during a formative chapter in its history, helping host the Saakumu Dance Troupe of Ghana for their first-ever visit to the United States. That moment—rooted in deep cultural exchange—helped shape the ongoing Slyboots relationship with West African music, movement, and community.

Griffin Brady’s collaboration with Bernard Woma, which began when they were college friends, laid the foundation for this lineage—one built on long-term mentorship, humility, and embodied learning. Kyl’s work grew directly out of this environment.

Today, his offerings blend T’ai Chi, Qi Gong, Kung Fu foundations, music, Zen gardening, and canine socialization into accessible, no-contact practices designed to cultivate balance, clarity, strength, and joy.
